The Arbitrator will experience accessing and commanding the System in an Institutionalized Arbitration Environment and in an AD HOC Arbitration Environment.

Examine the functionality to (1) Prepare the Terms of Reference, Procedural Orders, Calendars and, (2) Manage Case Management meetings and Witness Hearing agenda’s and, (3)Conduct virtual Case Management meetings and virtual witness Hearings (4) Manage document organization and flow.
